Happy ending for this 4 story Chicago townhouse

With this client’s move from a large suburban home to the Goldcoast in Chicago we were given the opportunity to marry some of the pieces they loved from their former home and give them a few new ones to love.  Four-story townhome rose from a dull, basic interior to a home with beautiful finishes, furniture and lighting.  Two fireplaces were given new life, beautiful millwork added to the dining room and the kitchen cabinets painted and glazed with a new backsplash and gorgeous Ashley Norton hardware.  The master bedroom and bath on the 4th floor are ladened with beautiful fabrics, furnishings and wall covering.
